Ruido ocupacional en lavanderías, calderas y plantas de energía central hospitalarias: análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

Introducción:  El ruido en áreas industrial en el ambiente hospitalario representa un riesgo ocupacional para los trabajadores

Objetivo: Realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las publicaciones sobre ruido en lavanderías, calderas y plantas de energía central hospitalarias.

Métodos: Se consolidaron 31 artículos publicados entre 2015 y 2025, sintetizando fuente, año y autores; se construyeron tablas y figuras descriptivas.

Resultados: La muestra incluyó 31 trabajos, con un pico de producción en 2023 (n = 9). Las fuentes más frecuentes incluyeron SAGE Journals, PMC, BJAS y Audiology & Speech Research. En lavanderías se reportan niveles de presión sonora LAeq de 74 a 85 dBA; en calderas/CUP predominan informes técnicos con ruido continuo elevado.

Conclusiones: El ruido en áreas industriales hospitalarias (lavanderías y calderas/plantas eléctricas) constituye un riesgo ocupacional con evidencia creciente en el periodo 2015–2025. No obstante, persisten vacíos en mediciones directas en salas de calderas y en estudios longitudinales.
